Sending us your image There are various ways for you to send your image file to us for printing. The most popular is to use the File Upload option.The maximum file size that can be uploaded is 7.5 MB.
The vast
majority of files are much smaller than this, but if your file is bigger than
7.5 megabytes, just request FTP access from the drop-down menu.
Instructions will be sent to you by email.
If you can't send the image now, there will be a link in the automated order confirmation email that you will receive when you have completed your order for you to upload it to our server later. Alternatively, you can send your picture as an attachment to email or on a disc in the post. We recommend that when sending original photographs to us for scanning that you send them by "Signed For" service PLEASE NOTE. Your image will not be uploaded until you have completed all relevant sections of the product page and clicked "Add to basket" at the bottom of the page. Uploading an image is considerably slower than downloading, so please be patient if it takes anything up to a minute, or more, to progress to the next stage of the order process Any queries, just call us on 0845 5084601. |
